Our client, in business for over 40 years, is seeking a resourceful and professional individual to fill an Office Clerk – Sales and Purchases position. The ideal candidate should possess the qualities of a good team player while being well-organized.

Tasks

  • Enter received orders.
  • Process emails.
  • Learn invoicing to assist your colleagues.
  • Handle container customs clearance.
  • Ensure orders are balanced upon receipt.
  • Enter prices into the system.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a position involving accounting tasks and administrative support.
  • Good level of bilingualism – especially written.
  • Proficiency in Excel (ideally mastering formulas).
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (primarily Outlook).
