Tasks
Check-in drivers, confirm freight paperwork, and prepare bills of lading.
Manage the electronic file system, including data entry.
Maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
Analyze and record bills.
Handle a high volume of phone calls.
Provide additional clerical support for dock staff.
Establish positive communication with drivers and warehouse management.
Carry out other similar duties related to the position.

Job requirements
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a transportation environment.
Software proficiency is a must.
Proficiency in logistics software systems and Microsoft Office.
