Our client, a company specializing in the construction of customized modular homes for 30 years, is looking for an Operations Manager with great experience and understanding of the construction industry, who will be able to put their thoroughness, interpersonal skills and strategic vision to good use. Plan and coordinate factory operations and ensure sound management of the teams.
Thoroughly supervise the activities of ongoing construction sites and their deadlines.
Follow-up on compliance with established plans and contracts.
Monitor production costs and recommend alternative solutions.
Provide support to the buyer for factory and site equipment.
Act as a resource person for the resolution of various issues.
Maintain active communication with the team to encourage the achievement of common goals.
Prepare progress reports and provide a summary to the president.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Vocational diploma (DEP).
Excellent knowledge of the Construction Code.
Knowledge of the residential construction industry.
