Check customer orders received via email.
Enter order and purchasing data into the system.
Manage follow-ups and questions about orders with customers.
Follow up with customers on their order production process.
Advise customers when orders are ready.
File and take inventory.
Manage after-sales services for customers.
Carry out any other similar tasks.

Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
Being comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
Knowledge of Vizco software (an asset).
Good spoken and written French and a functional English.

Be able to manage an important volume of information.
