Are you a dynamic Outside Sales Representative with a passion for achieving results? Our partner is looking for a motivated individual to join the team, reporting to the Sales Manager. This role is focused on actively retaining, researching, and engaging with the current and potential customers to drive revenue growth and profitability. Tasks

  • Optimize the retention of existing customers and increase penetration in target markets.
  • Perform ongoing cost-benefit analysis and needs assessments of existing and potential customers to meet their expectations.
  • Showcase, promote, and sell products/services using strong arguments tailored to existing and potential customers.
  • Utilize technological tools to monitor progress and ensure financial development.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through a quick and effective approach to resolving complaints and problems.
  • Maintain the integrity of information and data in the system.
  • Stay alert to best practices and promotional trends in the markets.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain diligent and positive business relationships with peers and clients.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • DEP in sales or other relevant training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction/insulation products is an asset.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Understanding and use of KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired profile

  • Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Must be proficient in English and French.
  • Knowledge of construction insulation is an asset.
  • Reliable, Flexible and detail oriented.
  • Result oriented should know how to close sales.
  • Should be able to bring new business.
