Tasks
Ensure customer inquiries are answered by phone, email, fax in a timely manner;
Make recommendations for parts that best suit the customer's needs;
Manage customer transactions including quotes, purchase orders and returns;
Promote new products and product updates;
Generate sales required to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
Establish and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service;
Assist in the resolution of delinquent accounts and customer complaints;
Work closely with other divisions (Engineering, Equipment, Service, Manufacturing) to develop your technical knowledge of our equipment;
Perform warehouse clerk duties as required;
Take part in any other related task necessary for the smooth running of the services.

Job requirements
High school diploma and/or preferable vocational training.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position related to technical customer service and after sales.
Experience in the sale of spare parts for heavy industrial equipment is an asset
Knowledge of warehouse operations and all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory control is a plus.
Driver's license to operate a stand-up electric forklift (asset).
Office environment, be able to work seated and ability to provide physical effort, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate in French and English.
Be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
