Our client is a company known in the field of industrial vehicles. They are looking for a parts sales manager/coordinator for their branch in Sherbrooke.

Tasks

  • Respond to customers regarding parts numbers.
  • Submit customer inquiries.
  • Ensure proper follow up in terms of invoices and order management.
  • Suggest current promotions.
  • Work with the team and participate in the department’s continuous improvement with the buyer or even the engineers.
  • Write budget reports.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales (administration/coordination) or other experience.
  • Bilingualism: French and English.
  • Great computer skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to provide customer service and coaching with different customers.
