Our client, a non-profit organization located in Griffintown, specializing in social housing and support for long-term care facilities (CHSLD), is looking for a payroll technician to manage the payroll for internal employees.
Tasks
Complete payroll management for 200 employees, paid bi-weekly.
Preparation and submission of T4 reports and management of group insurance.
Calculation of benefits: group insurance, collective RRSP.
Administration of hiring and termination processes.
Ensure smooth and efficient management of employee payroll records.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Education: DEP in accounting or a related field (AEC is an asset).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with payroll management software (Employeur D, Dayforce, Agendrix, PowerPaye).
Strong command of the French language (spoken and written).
