Our client, a non-profit organization located in Griffintown, specializing in social housing and support for long-term care facilities (CHSLD), is looking for a payroll technician to manage the payroll for internal employees.

Tasks

  • Complete payroll management for 200 employees, paid bi-weekly.
  • Preparation and submission of T4 reports and management of group insurance.
  • Calculation of benefits: group insurance, collective RRSP.
  • Administration of hiring and termination processes.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient management of employee payroll records.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Education: DEP in accounting or a related field (AEC is an asset).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with payroll management software (Employeur D, Dayforce, Agendrix, PowerPaye).
  • Strong command of the French language (spoken and written).
