Tasks

  • Providing advice to clients while assessing their needs.
  • Proposing appropriate insurance products when new opportunities present themselves.
  • Making necessary adjustments to client records.
  • Managing renewals and increasing sales based on client needs.
  • Maintaining and updating client records.
  • Assisting clients in the claims process.
  • Using a file management platform.
  • Using insurance company systems.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DCS or AEC in insurance or a related field.
  • AMF certification.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written.
  • CIP or FCIP certification would be an asset.
  • Platform knowledge: Policy Works, EPIC, and TAM (an asset).
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and various current rates.
