Our client, a specialist in IT solutions, is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Coordinator to join a dynamic team to meet the growing demands of the market.


  • Process pre-sales requests that are referred by the sales team.
  • Work with your pre-sales colleagues to develop and identify the most appropriate products and services for customers.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks in order to complete projects within agreed upon timeframes based on business and/or customer requirements.
  • Set up the necessary configurations and validate them with suppliers and business partners.
  • Complement customer presentations with technical input and follow up.
  • Set up standardized models for work organization.
  • Write sales reports.
  • Train and coach sales teams.
  • Participate in supplier training to maintain certification.
  • Keep up to date on new technologies.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field (system administration, technical support or other).
  • Experience in selling technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, storage and firewall.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and programs.
  • Excellent level of French/English both spoken and written.
