The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of the plant’s equipment. Tasks

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and oversee their application.
  • Conduct regular equipment condition inspections and generate work orders as needed.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain preventive maintenance programs and inspection plans.
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet quality standards and oversee maintenance scheduling.
  • Analyze root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
  • Contribute to maintenance budget preparation and provide technical justification for activities.
  • Coordinate with production and planning teams to optimize maintenance interventions.
  • Track performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

  • Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanics or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and computer tools (SAP)
  • Strong diagnostic skills (vibration analysis, lubrication, root cause analysis)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills, and priority management
  • Solid communication and leadership skills; ability to perform under pressure
