We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with mechanical equipment to manage the operation of our folding machines. The person in this role will ensure smooth production, accurate work, and adherence to the company's quality standards.
Tasks
Configure, start, and adjust folding equipment according to production needs.
Organize and prepare batches of documents for processing.
Accurately complete administrative documents related to production (reports, tracking sheets, etc.).
Ensure that materials used meet the clients' expectations and requirements.
Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment when needed.
Maintain a work pace that aligns with performance goals.
Monitor the quality of processed products and address any anomalies.
Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
