Tasks

  • Ensuring the reception and delivery of goods and indexing them in the computer system.
  • Planning the delivery and pick-up of products with carriers, greeting them during deliveries, and checking the condition of received goods.
  • Maintaining inventory and the associated computer system.
  • Entering any other data into the company's computer system.
  • Routing documents related to the receipt of goods, product quality and safety, and shipping receipts to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's quality procedures.
  • Ensuring that machines and equipment are compliant and well maintained.
  • Verifying the accuracy of orders.
  • Maintaining good relations with team members.
  • Conducting work follow-ups at the end of the day.
  • Sharing your ideas to continually improve the company.
  • Assessing the team with other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Five years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience in production planning and workflow sequencing.
  • Diploma of Collegiate Studies (DCS).
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in a food environment.
  • Experience in a unionized environment.

Desired profile

  • Ability to diagnose faults and apply appropriate corrective solutions.
  • Proficiency in testing and verifying various electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work on motor control and power circuits.
  • Skill in reading and interpreting plans, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
