Ensure the management of your team's production activities and their synergy with other departments.
Promote a safe and productive work environment and manage human resources for your team (e.g., training, employee meetings, overtime).
Respect and share the rules of health and safety in the workplace as well as the HACCP/SQF standards with diligence.
Apply the collective agreement.
Complete daily documentation required for your production activities.
Maintain good collaboration with other factory departments and internal and external customers.

You have a degree in a field related to the position or deemed relevant.
