You will share this mission with the company, because as an industrial mechanic foreman/forewoman, you will have to ensure a safe work environment for your team, which will change according to the projects.


  • Leading with the team of mechanical improvement project manager.
  • Supervising the work done by subcontractors and company staff.
  • Managing budgets, deadlines, and staff of mechanical and building continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the company’s subsidiaries.
  • Dispatching with the floor team to optimize their activities.
  • Participating in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing projects and maintenance software (GMAO-Interal).
  • Overseeing the safety of subcontractors and contractors by always ensuring compliance with company safety rules.
  • Ensuring compliance with work procedures, environmental standards and several codes such as building and electrical codes.
  • Being responsible for purchasing necessary equipment as required.
  • Performing related tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Job requirements

  • You have a college or vocational diploma in Industrial Mechanics or related training.
  • You have experience with maintenance software.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics.
  • You are fluent in French spoken and understand English.
  • You easily use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
