Tasks
Create projects based on assignments provided by project managers.
Monitor project progress by updating relevant information.
Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices in the accounting software.
Enter required data into various tracking reports.
Manage the full purchase order process: reception, data entry, updates, etc.
Fill out client portals as needed.
Prepare and send photo reports to clients.
Follow up on permit requests and perform necessary follow-ups.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a DEP or DEC in office administration, business, secretarial studies, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Functional bilingualism (about 5% of clients are English-speaking).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (an asset).
Desired profile
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
Comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients.
