Tasks
Provide technical analysis support in the development and management of financial resources by providing reports, statistics, and forecasts related to the budgetary expenses of the management.
Perform and update data in the SAP software.
Follow up on budget activation requests, revisions, and communicate with the project manager.
Take charge of monitoring bid deadlines and purchase orders with suppliers.
Review service receipt documents and follow up with suppliers (payments, supporting documents, receipts, project closure).
Maintain up-to-date completion deadlines in the management report and the OTP (On-Time Performance) report.
Prepare and assist in project follow-up meetings for the director and project manager.
Update project cash flow with the approval of the project manager.
Transmit relevant information regarding incurred costs and ongoing changes to the structure and estimates.
Act as a resource person for various departments such as accounting, finance, and procurement.
Perform any other related tasks related to project management to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements
Hold a diploma in college studies in administrative techniques and/or accounting – Equivalent relevant experience is an asset.
A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience is required.
Have at least one to two years of experience in budget control and project management.
Possess a strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel (advanced level), Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the SAP PS module is an asset.
Fluent in both French and English (or functional English) in both oral and written communication to effectively respond to Anglophone and Francophone clients.
