Our company, specialized in foundation construction, pile installation, and building stabilization, also offers excavation and demolition services for the first phase of construction. We handle large-scale projects for clients across Quebec.
As the company is growing, we are seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role, combining both field and office work, is essential to ensure the smooth progress of projects and serve as a liaison between the various stakeholders on-site.
Tasks
Read and interpret plans.
Coordinate activities on-site: ensure everything is ready before work begins and manage the site's needs in collaboration with clients.
Act as a link between the sales representative and the superintendent to ensure smooth communication.
Manage the project from start to finish once the project is handed over by the sales representative.
Field follow-up: frequent site visits to supervise and ensure the proper execution of operations.
Perform other tasks related to the position.
