Day and evening shift (1 to 3 evenings per week) / 35 hours per week
We are looking for a psychosocial support worker for a non-profit community organization located in the Ahuntsic neighbourhood. The support worker’s mandate will be to work with men who are living with or who are the perpetrators of domestic violence.
Tasks
Conduct assessment meetings and telephone follow-ups.
Explain and specify the purpose of the intervention.
Conduct developmental awareness activities for people in difficulty.
Work with the whole team and with partners.
Follow-up on individual and group interventions.
Draft intervention plans.
Carry out any other similar tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
DCS or Bachelor’s degree in the field of psychosocial intervention (criminology, psychology, social work or special education).
