Schedule: Day shift of 12 hrs for 2 weeks between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Time off for 2 weeks afterwards throughout the year. OR Day shift of 8 hrs, 5 days a week and have the weekend off, during the whole month.
Manage transportation requests for projects related to hydroelectric dams.
Ensure the reception and distribution of wagons, goods and packages at the right place.
Be the point of contact between the carrier and the camp.
Monitor inventory quantities and plan deliveries of materials at the right time.
Facilitate meetings to coordinate the various projects of the stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with OHS regulations during operations.
Follow up on the budget and files as needed.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.
You have the option of choosing the schedule you prefer:
o ‘’Fly in fly out’’, work for 2 weeks and take advantage of 2 weeks off afterwards, and so on (2 more hours of work per week).
o OR Work 5 days and have the weekend off during the whole month.
Your plane travels are fully covered.
Free individual accommodation is provided, including television, wifi and 3 meals per day.
All equipment necessary to your duties is provided.
Your training is paid in full by the company.
You will also have access to a fitness room and a recreation room to fill your free time.
You have a university degree in administration or a related field (BAC).
You have at least 6 months of experience in the field of transportation.
You are able to work 14 days without interruption if you choose this type of schedule.
You are bilingual.
