The position consists of assisting in the management of the properties under their direction and assisting in the production of reports: monthly reports, quarterly reports, ad hoc financial analysis reports, lease analysis, etc.

Analyze commercial leases.
Summarize and identify important clauses to be addressed.
Participate in the preparation of budgets and modify them as needed.
Negotiate annual service contracts.
Communicate with various specialists: architects, engineers and municipalities.
Open files and update them.
Update internal documents.
Prepare reports/budgets as requested by the client.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports according to predetermined formats.
Supervise building staff.
Perform any other related tasks.

Degree in real estate or management or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a property management position.
Excellent level of bilingualism.
Advanced Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
Experience with commercial leases (great asset).
Knowledge of construction/renovation work, including contract negotiations with general contractors (asset).
Experience in handling insurance claims (asset).
