Leader in the field of used office furniture in Quebec, our client is now looking for a Receiving Administrative Assistant to complete their team. We are looking for someone who wants to get involved and to learn with a passion for administration!
Work closely with the administrative assistant (a team of two people, only you are missing|).
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Direct calls to the appropriate person.
Distribute and check the mail, faxes and emails.
Use Excel and ACOMBA for data entry – quotes – orders – invoices.
Handle receipts /order forms.
Ensure the proper flow of materials and supply of office equipment.
Perform weekly reports on work in progress and receivables.
Maintain time sheets up to date.
Perform printing, scanning and filing tasks.
Assist with various administrative tasks and report directly to the Controller.
Perform any other tasks required by the position.

At least one year of experience in a similar position in administration.
Relevant degree in the field of administration (DEP or DEC in secretarial studies, administration, etc.).
Be familiar with the MS Office suite (especially intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook).
Knowledge of the ACOMBA software, an asset.
Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
Be comfortable with customer service.
Experience in the office furniture industry, an asset.
Good level of bilingualism (English, French) - Bilingualism is required in order to serve both French and English speaking clients.
You act in a professional manner in the management of your files and in your relationships with others.
You can easily combine collaborative and autonomous work.
You have initiative, good management of priorities and attention to detail.
You have an excellent ability to handle multiple files simultaneously while keeping information confidential.
