Specialized in the field of personal and commercial bankruptcy, our client offers a multitude of diversified services as a trustee firm. They are currently looking for a dynamic person to act as a receptionist. This person will be responsible for answering client calls and greeting visitors


  • Process client payments.
  • Follow up with clients, companies and government officials.
  • Manage managers’ and trustees’ schedules to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
  • Place orders for office supplies as needed.
  • Distribute faxes received to the appropriate department.
  • Assemble documents according to the criteria of clients or external managers.
  • Assist other departments in any administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Professionally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.
  • Technologically, you are proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Linguistically, you are bilingual (French and English) mainly written but also spoken to meet the needs of the bilingual clientele.
  • As an asset, you have experience with trustees and in customer service.
