Specialized in the field of personal and commercial bankruptcy, our client offers a multitude of diversified services as a trustee firm. They are currently looking for a dynamic person to act as a receptionist. This person will be responsible for answering client calls and greeting visitors
Tasks
Process client payments.
Follow up with clients, companies and government officials.
Manage managers’ and trustees’ schedules to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
Place orders for office supplies as needed.
Distribute faxes received to the appropriate department.
Assemble documents according to the criteria of clients or external managers.
Assist other departments in any administrative tasks.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Professionally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.
Technologically, you are proficient in MS Office suite.
Linguistically, you are bilingual (French and English) mainly written but also spoken to meet the needs of the bilingual clientele.
As an asset, you have experience with trustees and in customer service.
Desired profile
You definitely possess the main quality of a receptionist, you are organized and welcoming.
