Our client, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a dignified home for vulnerable families, is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Sainte-Catherine. Tasks
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or service.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain and update internal records and databases.
Perform data entry and update information.
Prepare and organize administrative documents.
Provide information to families and partners.
Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards beneficiaries.
Use office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position.
Proficiency in French - functional English (20% of phone calls).
