Tasks
Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic.
Organize and confirm appointments.
Answer phone calls, assist patients, and manage their file follow-up.
Prepare and organize files according to the daily schedule.
Manage the processing of computerized files.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Diploma in secretarial studies / office administration.
At least 1 year of experience in medical clinics.
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative agent.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent command of both French and English to effectively communicate with the French and English-speaking Canadian clientele on a daily basis.
Experience with the Medesync system is an asset.
