Tasks
You will carry out the complete recruitment cycle (posting, interviews, references, etc.) for all the industrial and/or administrative positions given to you;
You will complete and keep the candidates’ files up to date (adding documents, checking criminal records);
You are constantly on the lookout for new recruitment practices;
You headhunt on the various platforms available (LinkedIn and Indeed);
You take good care of your candidates: regular follow-ups…
You maintain daily professional relationships with your clients and candidates to strengthen already solid relationships;
You will attend professional events and job fairs;
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment;
Experience in management is a strong asset;
Bilingual (French / English);
High school diploma minimum;
Possess a class 5 driver’s license.
