Tasks
Analyze project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and feasibility.
Prepare a comprehensive estimate of the work, considering the necessary resources.
Plan the estimation project to ensure a structured and efficient approach.
Research and track subcontractors to optimize choices and costs.
Take quantities and/or verify those established to ensure the accuracy of estimates.
Finalize submissions while respecting deadlines and project requirements.
Prepare project start schedules to ensure a successful and coordinated launch.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
AEC in construction estimating or any other relevant training.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Relevant experience in building/architecture estimating.
Good mastery of the Office suite.
Proficiency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.
