Tasks
Work in close collaboration with the research and development team (made up of four people).
Follow up on stability studies, prepare internal evaluations and compile observations.
Maintain stability charts up to date and make the necessary changes (e.g.: monitor and maintain incubator conditions).
Handle the management of samples.
Participate in the execution of routine evaluations and tests (e.g.: pH, viscosity, Brix, density, etc.).
Take part in the preparation of external analysis orders and samples as well as shipping.
Maintain quality records up to date (e.g.: nutrition and contaminants results tables, finished product specifications, compliance tables).
Classify certificates of analysis.
Participate in taking pictures of the products and in standardizing the photographs.
Take part in the evaluation of customer complaint samples and report to Qc.
Participate in maintaining the smooth running of the lab (keep it orderly and clean, order supplies, raw materials rotation, etc.).
Participate in the management of nutritional information in the Genesis software.
Take part in any other related tasks for the smooth running of operations.

Job requirements
DEC in dietetics or from ITAQ in food process and quality technologies.
Knowledge of the food distribution industry – quality control and development.
Experience in a similar position – an asset.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel especially).
Good level of bilingualism – English and French essential (bilingual clientele).
