Are you a social media enthusiast with experience in sales and marketing and you would like to work in a dynamic and innovative environment? Look no further, our client, a select entrepreneur specializing in the manufacture of furniture products, is looking for a bilingual, creative and agile person on Adobe to join its team in Terrebonne as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.


  • Coordinate the needs of clients and vendors and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Establish protocols to ensure smooth operation of sales and marketing activities.
  • Write proposals and letters to clients.
  • Coordinate activities, presentations and exhibits.
  • Prepare electronic and paper documentation for various events.
  • Support the sales department in various projects.
  • Translate and review various company documents.
  • Coordinate the presentation of products in stores.
  • Collaborate in the growth of the company's sales.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the B2B marketing plan.
  • Develop sales tools for the retail market.
  • Manage the website and various social networks and platforms related to the company.
  • Contribute to the creation of various projects and/or collaborate with different partners.
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Plan and coordinate digital marketing: web strategies, emails, etc.
  • Represent the company at various events.
  • Update corporate documents and brochures.
  • Handle the formatting and various graphic adaptations (digital visuals, posters, flyers).
  • Ensure that the company's brand image is respected.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in sales and/or marketing or equivalent training.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency with the Office suite, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social networks.
  • Bilingual (French - English).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Experience in B2B and e-commerce (asset).
