Tasks
Provide necessary follow-up to clients.
Manage the technicians’ schedules in Outlook.
Optimize technician routes using Google Maps.
Manage client emails and phone calls.
Keep client files up to date.
Attend necessary training to stay up to date on services.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Years of experience in one of the following sectors: sales support or customer service.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Outlook.
Familiarity with computer platforms and the ability to learn new software.
