A cutting-edge company in the fashion industry, our client is seeking a Sales Compliance Coordinator who will guide them in the right direction. This individual will be the point person for stores and online operations, ensuring that cash and credit card payments match perfectly, and modernizing cash handling procedures to standardize regulations throughout the chain.

Tasks

  • Verifying and correcting deposits and card transactions.
  • Managing customer refunds and addressing chargeback enquiries (incorrect orders, double billing).
  • Generating verification reports and finding solutions to problems.
  • Occasionally conducting virtual store checks to ensure compliance and gather feedback.
  • Leading the sales audit process.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to update in-store procedures for standardizing cash register use and money/card processing.
  • Finding solutions to enhance store productivity while reducing costs.
  • Performing any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of retail sales operations such as POS and GSI.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in French and English, written and oral.
  • Fashion industry experience.
