Our client, located in the Rosemont neighborhood, is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to fill the Sales Representative position. Your mission will involve building relationships with our current and new customers to maintain growth in the Montreal area.
Tasks
Present, promote, and sell our products to both current and potential clients.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and study customer needs.
Create, reinforce, and maintain business relationships with customers.
Resolve problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales activities in collaboration with team members and other departments.
Evaluate market potential, monitor sales, and generate situation reports for in-depth analysis.
Manage supplies while producing reports detailing customer needs, encountered issues, expressed interests, competitors' activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
Adhere to the quality program’s hygiene standards and occupational health and safety standards.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a in similar position.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingualism (written and spoken) to be able to meet the needs of a bilingual clientele.
Knowledge in the bakery and pastry industry (an asset).
Experience in the food industry (an asset).
High School Diploma completed.
