Are you someone with a strong affinity for numbers, coupled with a keen sense of organization and attention to detail? Is your greatest strength your perfectionism? Our client, a family-owned business in the construction industry, is seeking a receptionist for their Saint-Hubert location.

Tasks

  • Managing and organizing various files.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Send reports for GST and QST, as well as PD reports.
  • Ensuring the reconciliation of bank accounts between clients and suppliers.
  • Verifying credit cards issued to employees.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 50 software.
  • Advanced spoken and written French.
  • Functional to intermediate English.
