Our client, a family-owned business in the construction industry, is seeking a receptionist for their Saint-Hubert location.
Managing and organizing various files.
Send reports for GST and QST, as well as PD reports.
Ensuring the reconciliation of bank accounts between clients and suppliers.
Verifying credit cards issued to employees.
Performing any other related tasks.

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and priority management skills.
Initiative and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to establish good relationships with clients, businesses, and the team.
