In this key role, you will act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. Your mission: to ensure an outstanding customer experience by coordinating repairs, communicating effectively with clients, and offering knowledgeable technical advice. Tasks
Greet customers professionally and quickly identify their needs.
Offer clear, tailored solutions while explaining the work and associated costs.
Serve as the liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring consistent and efficient follow-up.
Schedule appointments to optimize operational efficiency.
Advise customers on the proper maintenance of their Kubota equipment.
Contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service-related role, especially in the agricultural or mechanical equipment field, is an asset.
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in a mechanical-related field is an asset.
