Tasks
Answer customer questions via email or phone.
Schedule delivery appointments for shippers.
Handle complaints.
Contact representatives on the road.
Inform customers of the status of their orders.
Support other departments as needed.
Perform all other related duties.

Strong customer service experience.
Good knowledge of Office suite.
Experience in dispatch (an asset).
