Day shift, 40 hours per week, must be available during the weekend, flexible hours.

Tasks

  • Performing several equipment steps including installation, start-up, safety inspections, repairs and adjustments.
  • Providing technical support to customers.
  • Providing adequate training to customer staff for proper operation and maintenance of equipment following their installation.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations through company courtesy calls and promotion of new machines and parts.
  • Ensuring accurate and clear communication of updates and reports.
  • Write reports.
  • Taking part in any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of services.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years in industrial equipment maintenance, heavy machinery or any other relevant combination.
  • Understanding everything related to pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Having a toolbox for daily tasks (employer can contribute).
  • Being able to read and understand technical drawings and schematics in addition to PLC logic and functionality.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Fluent in English, an asset.
  • Being familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
