Under the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor, you will have to operate steam boilers and ensure proper operation of a demineralized water production process.
Oversee and ensure proper operation of boilers, generators, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, etc.
Test the quality of the water of boilers, deaerators and compressors.
Test the quality of the water on positive and negative ion units.
Inspect water level, temperature, boiler and deaerator pressure alarms.
Perform cleaning, lubrication and adjustment on boilers, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, etc.
Analyze, diagnose and solve problems with the different mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Foresee preventive maintenance stops.
Fill daily reports on the computer system.
Comply with occupational health and safety standards and policies.
Carry out any other similar tasks.

DVS in Stationary Machine Mechanics.
Class 2 certification for Stationary Machine Mechanic, energy production category.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial field using boilers.
Knowledge of control loop and valve operating principles.
Good knowledge of the OHS laws, regulations and standards.
Be able to analyze and have a sense of responsibilities.

Be flexible to work on rotation of 12-hour schedules.
Be able to work in an environment where the temperature varies.
