Tasks

  • Greet players at the table with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Explain the rules of the game to novice players, helping them integrate easily.
  • Ensure the integrity and fairness of the games between players.
  • Handle the monetary transactions related to chip exchanges.
  • Lead the game while respecting the rules and maintaining a constant focus on integrity.
  • Collect losing bets and distribute winnings to the winner(s) according to established rules.
  • Maintain a smooth game pace in line with standards.
  • Develop and retain clientele through a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Support operations by informing the manager of chip refill or credit needs.
  • Report any problematic or exceptional situations to the manager that require attention.
  • Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the table operations.

Job requirements

  • Available to attend mandatory full-time training on May 12, paid.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma.
  • A solid foundation in mathematics (a valuable asset for betting and calculations).
  • Maturity, judgment, and strong observation skills.
  • Excellent mental math skills, with great accuracy.
