Tasks
Follow up and prepare applications for government grants.
Ensure good collaboration and maintain relationships with various organizations and associations for candidates.
Coordinate the employee referral program and manage follow-ups.
Participate in the recruitment process: posting on platforms and networks, translation of ads.
Respond to internal requests from various departments and ensure follow-ups.
Write activity reports.
Assist in the implementation of the next internal human resources system.
Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.
