  • Follow up and prepare applications for government grants.
  • Ensure good collaboration and maintain relationships with various organizations and associations for candidates.
  • Coordinate the employee referral program and manage follow-ups.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: posting on platforms and networks, translation of ads.
  • Respond to internal requests from various departments and ensure follow-ups.
  • Write activity reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of the next internal human resources system.
  • Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.


  • Hybrid position (mostly remote).

Job requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar field is an asset.
  • Have experience in recruiting.
  • Bilingualism required to communicate with all teams in the regions of Canada.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources is an asset.
