Day shift, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our client, a manufacturer that has managed to secure a prominent position in Montreal, is looking to expand its human resources team. We are searching for a passionate individual with more than two years of experience in talent acquisition, capable of handling the full recruitment cycle. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources, an excellent and attentive manager.

Tasks
Take charge of the entire staffing process, including onboarding and integration.
Contribute to the achievement of objectives by recruiting a competent and committed workforce.
Write and ensure the writing of job descriptions
Perform the administrative management of employees. (illness, vacation, contract and any other issues).
Provide solutions to improve procedures and productivity.
Assist the Director of HR and get involved with special projects.
Ensure staff management while complying with company values.
Be in charge of the necessary interventions (disciplinary measures, mediation, conflicts, work accidents, etc.).
Oversee company policy updates while complying with labour standards.
Perform all other related tasks and support the HRD.

Job requirements
You have a university degree in human resources or industrial relations.
You have two years experience in a talent acquisition and human resources role.
Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry would be considered an asset.
Bilingualism is mandatory - French and English oral and written (ability to write well).
