Our client, a well-established company in the metal fabrication sector, is seeking an evening Team Leader. This is a perfect opportunity to apply your technical and interpersonal skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Tasks
Supervise, coordinate, and support the evening production team (8 people).
Actively participate in operations: welding, assembly, grinding, and packaging.
Monitor the production schedule, control quality, and make adjustments as needed.
Optimize work methods and resource management.
Train employees and ensure proper execution of instructions.
Maintain a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Write production reports and perform necessary follow-ups.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in welding-assembly, metal structures, or equivalent experience.
2 to 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
Ability to read complex plans and welding skills (CWB card is an asset).
Desired profile
Leadership, good judgment, versatility, and rigor.
Excellent communication skills in French.
Ability to manage conflicts, organize work, and motivate a team.
