As the Technical Coordinator of Electrical Works, you will play a key role within our dynamic team, where customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality electrical solutions take precedence. You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating customer requests while possessing in-depth expertise in electrical equipment and electrical works. Your ability to prioritize tasks and uphold high standards of customer service will make you a valuable asset to our company. Tasks
Develop and manage schedules for about twenty electricians.
Coordinate the activities of service electricians.
Receive, assess, and diagnose electrical problems reported by customers.
Manage requests to promptly address service solicitations.
Work closely with field electricians to resolve complex technical issues that require physical intervention. Provide additional information, recommendations, or instructions to facilitate problem resolution.
Prepare and submit comprehensive and customized business proposals.
Ensure validation and compliance of required materials with pre-established standards and specifications.
Perform periodic follow-ups and provide proactive follow-up to customers and suppliers.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of the Construction/Maintenance sector is highly appreciated.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficiency in both spoken and written French.
