Tasks
Support and strengthen relationships with a network of distributors and end-user clients.
Plan and deliver training sessions for each distributor to ensure their expertise in the offered products.
Provide personalized advice to clients to guide them towards the products best suited to their needs.
Provide active commercial support within the existing distribution network, showcasing promotions, contests, and available sales and marketing tools.
Implement effective promotional strategies to increase sales and support distributors in this effort.
Conduct regular evaluations of commercial performance with each distributor and develop action plans to increase the company's market share.
Targeting and identifying potential new clients as well as independent distributor partners.
Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements
DCS in Metallurgy, with a focus on welding or mechanical welding, or DVS in Welding and Fitting.
At least three years of technical sales experience with a distribution network.
Welding and fitting knowledge, an asset.
Proficiency in English, oral and written, an asset.
