Our client is an important figure in the field of design and sale of commercial cleaning products, accessories and equipment. They are currently looking for two technical service representatives (customer service).


  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are met.
  • Being at the forefront to meet customer needs.
  • Quickly and appropriately handling customer relationship issues and escalating them according to established procedures,
  • Regularly updating the ERP system.
  • Listening to complaints and issues communicated by customers and work to find lasting and satisfactory solutions.
  • Scheduling service calls for device repairs.
  • Following up with employees and partners for equipment warranties and returns.
  • Carrying out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • College education or experience in a similar field.
  • Advanced French and English.
  • Easily being able to communicate.
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite.
  • Mechanical abilities.
