Join their team and take on the daily management of service activities for the industrial refrigeration department.
Efficiently plan and deploy preventive maintenance schedules.
Skillfully assign technicians based on service calls and their specific skills.
Meticulously manage work orders and route them to the appropriate stakeholders.
Accurately input worked hours into the computerized management system for technicians' weekly payroll.
Actively participate in the procurement and sourcing processes for necessary technical interventions.
Carefully coordinate training for technicians and, if necessary, for clients.

1 to 2 years of experience in coordinating work teams.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
General computer skills required.
Excellent communication skills in French, with the ability to communicate in English in a customer service context highly desired.
