You will be joining a team that is constantly growing. You don't need previous IT training; we need someone who is passionate about and always on the lookout for new technologies to handle the installation of our equipment and help with the little computer troubles of your colleagues in our offices across Canada.
Tasks
Keep a detailed inventory of the quality and quantity of our IT equipment.
Support the purchase of new equipment.
Ensure the installation and good operation of the equipment: you will be the star of our different offices by travelling between each of them!
Manage the fleet (oh yes, there are several!) of cellphones and the IP telephone console, as well as the configuration of new hardware.
Assist your fellow users with any IT problems, or refer them to the right worker.
Communicate with suppliers during computer failure situations in order to obtain their assistance.
Determine the status of our inventory and develop a plan for replacing equipment over the next 3 years. Don’t worry, you will be able to familiarize yourself with all the equipment and suppliers before embarking on this project.
Manage defective equipment.
Perform any other related tasks to help your colleagues.

Job requirements
You have a natural ease with technological devices (in particular PCs and Apple products).
Access to a vehicle, but don't worry, kilometres are reimbursed for trips away from the Laval office.
Bilingualism (English and French) to assist users in our offices across Canada.

Have more than one trick up their sleeve: be crafty and know how to find the right solutions to problems;
Always act politely and courteously with their colleagues who are asking for assistance.
Know how to manage several different projects simultaneously, in addition to understanding what needs to be done first;
Be ambitious and organized to follow a schedule of long-term deadlines;
