If your favourite pastime is configuring new devices, you’re in luck because that's just the kind of project you will be working on as a User Support Officer.
You will be joining a team that is constantly growing. You don't need previous IT training; we need someone who is passionate about and always on the lookout for new technology to ensure the installation of our equipment and provide IT support for all our offices. Like a superhero, the whole team is already looking forward to meeting you so that you can come to our rescue to solve our little computer troubles!
Keep a detailed inventory of the quality and quantity of our IT equipment.
Support the purchase of new equipment.
Ensure the installation and good operation of the equipment: you will be the star of our different offices by travelling between each of them!
Manage the fleet (oh yes, there are several!) of cellphones and the IP telephone console, as well as the configuration of new hardware.
Assist your fellow users with any IT problems, or refer them to the right worker.
Communicate with suppliers during computer failure situations in order to obtain their assistance.
Determine the status of our inventory and develop a plan for replacing equipment over the next 3 years. Don’t worry, you will be able to familiarize yourself with all the equipment and suppliers before embarking on this project.
Manage defective equipment.
Perform any other related tasks to help out your colleagues.
