Our human resources department is looking for a warehouse coordinator who can provide exceptional support for any change, future modification or improvement in the warehouse to ensure the total satisfaction of our client.
Tasks
Train new employees on forklifts.
Conduct annual meetings of employees.
Verify and approve employee hours in the system.
Ensure compliance and health and safety of the workplace and its environment.
Coordinate 2nd level discipline or more difficult situations.
Perform daily inspections and audits to ensure work is safe.
Ensure that an action plan is in place with the client during an accident to avoid the risk of recurrence.
Interview candidates for available management positions.
Transfer between other recruitment resources (agency) and the client.
Promote departments and services.
Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Good warehouse work experience.
Very good computer skills (Office, CRM).
Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
Ability to work under pressure.
DCS or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Transport Logistics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse staff management.
