Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in conventional machining, welded assemblies, the fabrication of mechanical parts, and equipment repairs, is seeking a supervisor for their workshop in Saint-Laurent. The company primarily works with steel and stainless steel, handling both new projects and repairs. The work environment is stable, structured, and focused on operational quality.
Tasks
Supervise conventional machining and welding operations.
Read and interpret mechanical plans and welding symbols.
Support machinists and welders in troubleshooting technical issues.
Ensure parts meet mechanical, welding, and adjustment specifications.
Coordinate daily production and priorities.
Ensure health and safety standards in the workshop.
Use internal computer tools for project tracking.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
Practical experience in machining.
