Tasks
Identify all business opportunities within current accounts.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and ongoing projects.
Map out processes and decision-makers to identify high-potential areas.
Develop presence across different departments or entities within key accounts.
Build relationships with department heads.
Tailor offers and solutions to meet the specific needs of each entity.
Close additional sales and mature accounts to their full potential.
Propose complementary solutions or upgrades based on evolving needs.
Implement performance indicators to measure progress.
Develop a long-term loyalty and growth plan.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Experience in a similar role (ESSENTIAL): minimum 5 years.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ability to close sales and handle objections.
Expertise in consultative selling.
Strong commitment to achieving objectives.
Independence and initiative-taking.
Ability to plan your week and effectively update your CRM.
Bilingual (French preferred) with 25% of the clientele being English-speaking from Ontario.
